As we travel from our homes to the Nicoya Peninsula, one of the world's blue zones, we’ll tune into ourselves while drawing from the unique magic of these extraordinary natural spaces.

During this seven-day all-inclusive retreat, Marishka and Mathis Richet will elevate your awareness of the nuclear family and provide tools to reach authentic intimacy with those closest to us. We’ll strengthen our connection to the mind, body & heart through collective activities like sound healing, meditation, breathwork, embodiment activations, water excursions and other adventures along the way.

Luxurious Escape to Costa Rica
Enjoy deep relaxation in tropical luxury. Recently built on the hills of Montezuma with views of the Pacific Ocean, we've carefully selected an incredible resort to restore all of your senses. Their spacious facilities and accommodations are built to nurture your heart and mind. On the grounds, you can choose to relax in the pools, meditate in the tropical gardens, stroll the trails to the river, or contemplate nature in an exotic and safe environment.

Parent 'Me' Time
Parents will have quality time to themselves to fully immerse in an environment conducive to relaxation and restoration. While Mum is in a one to one coaching session, considering her needs and making a plan to cultivate more “Me time”. Dad is hanging out by the waterfall learning some dynamic breathing exercise to add to his toolbelt. Together you can experience somatic work, sound healing, and exhilarating nature adventures, leaving you feeling nourished, renewed and restored. Tune into your 'inner child,' and let this experience bring you closer to your children.
Let the Children Play
A school break like no other, your children will have a safe space to let their personalities shine through. There will be daily artistic activities to help further develop our children's personalities. The activities range from dance & music, jungle exploration to pool olympics. Free play in nature will also be encouraged. The children are having an art class and exploring nature; while grazing yummy local fruits, being looked after by compassionate and playful staff.
Deeper Family Connection
Families will be reunited in the afternoons, to stroll along the beach and enjoy breathtaking sunsets together.
